These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of the Taroo website, mobile applications, and related services (“Taroo,” “we,” “our,” or “us”). Please read them carefully.
By accessing or using Taroo, you (“you,” “your,” or “User”) agree to these Terms. If the user is under the age of 13, a parent or legal guardian must review and accept these Terms on the child’s behalf.

2. Eligibility and Parental Consent
Taroo is designed for children between the ages of 6 and 12, but registration and use require parental or guardian consent in compliance with the Children’s Online Privacy Protection Act (COPPA).
Parents must:
Create or approve their child’s Taroo account.
Supervise their child’s use of the app.
Manage data preferences by request.
3. Account Creation and Security
When you register, you agree to:
Provide accurate information.
Maintain confidentiality of login credentials.
Accept responsibility for all activities under your account.
We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.
4. Use of Taroo Services
You agree to use Taroo for personal, non-commercial purposes only. You may not:
Copy, modify, or distribute any content or software.
Use Taroo for unlawful, harmful, or disruptive purposes.
Attempt to access another user’s data or account.
We may update or discontinue features at any time.
5. Subscription and Payments
Taroo Premium and other paid features may be offered via app stores or directly through our website.
Prices, billing cycles, and renewal terms will be disclosed at purchase.
Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled before the renewal date.
Refunds are governed by the app store and Taroo’s refund policy.
6. User-Generated Content
Some Taroo games allow users to submit or create content (e.g., names, drawings, short text responses).
By submitting content, you grant Taroo a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, display, and improve Taroo’s services.
We moderate content to keep Taroo a safe, family-friendly space and may remove content violating our guidelines.
7. Intellectual Property
All Taroo materials—including games, graphics, audio, characters, and code—are owned by Taroo or its licensors. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without written permission.
8. Termination
We may suspend or terminate access if:
You violate these Terms.
Required parental consent is withdrawn.
Taroo decides to discontinue its services.
Upon termination, your access ends and certain data may be deleted in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
9. Disclaimers
Taroo provides its services “as is” and “as available.”
We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free access.
To the fullest extent allowed by law, Taroo disclaims all warranties, express or implied.
10. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Taroo and its affiliates are not liable for:
Any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
Any loss of data or access interruptions.
Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you (if any) within the last 12 months.
11. Indemnification
You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Taroo, its officers, employees, and partners from any claims or liabilities arising from your use of Taroo or violation of these Terms.
12. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, without regard to conflict of laws principles.
Any dispute shall be resolved through binding arbitration in the State of Delaware under the American Arbitration Association rules.

We may modify these Terms at any time. Updates will be posted on this page with a revised “Last Updated” date. Continued use of Taroo means you accept the new Terms.
